Refund Policy – There will be no refunds processed online, all requests for a refund must be made directly to Sidewinders Lacrosse by phone, letter or email (sidewinders@shaw.ca). Refunds will be by Sidewinder's cheque only, there will be no refunds processed back to credit cards and service fees will also be deducted from refund payments. There will be no refunds processed after April 1st of the registration year unless the refund request is for a medical condition. Requests for refunds for medical conditions must be accompanied by a letter from the attending Physician stating what condition or injury the registered player has incurred. Refunds for medical issues will be considered up to the date that the registered player has competed in their first League game or May 1st of the year they registered to participate, (whichever comes first) after these dates no refund requests will be accepted.
